Moved The Units Piece By Piece & Reconstructed Them Inside The Basement Bedroom - Wow, that Was A Process!

I am Confident We Will Have More In The Spring

As We Tackle The Exterior, Backyard, Front Stoop, Etc...

The Current To Do, Big 5 List Is:

1) Exploring Adding 1/2 Bath To Basement 

Off Of Basement Bedroom 

2) Installing New Bushes, Plants & Landscaping In Front

3) Clean Up Of Exterior Paint

4) Stain of Exterior Back Deck & Possibly Front Walkway, 

Add Brick Surround On Both Areas

5) New Privacy Fence In Back Yard On Sides Where 

Chain Link Fence Is Currently

My Moral Of This Story - It Is Possible To Find A Place & Renovate It To Make It Your Own... Have Patience, Be Active In The Processs & At The End Of The Day You Will Appreciate The Blood, Sweat & Tears That Go Into The Process.
